Specialty Movement Analysis
Learn how to move with minimum effort and maximum efficiency. Not through muscular strength, but through increased consciousness of how movement works. We’ll practice on and off the bike alternately.

- Location: with warm weather we go outside to the park. If not, we train indoors.

For this specialty we work together with Johanneke Meijer. She is a body movement specialist and practices the Feldenkrais method. Johanneke is going to show us how you can focus on your own body movement and become more conscious of your pedal technique and position on the bike. Also she will give us tips and tricks we can use during cycling.
