Especially in the summer season we go out for long rides. Since your body is in the same position for hour after hour, muscles tend to get shorter and tension builds up. As a consequence this can lead to (small) but nasty injuries in the knees, hips, shoulders and lower back.
In this specialty we go out for a ride first. Afterwards yoga teacher Anna Aalten will guide you through a session of exercises you can easily practice yourself in order to keep your body flexible and healthy. She will also pay attention to and give instructions about the importance of breathing.
