Individual Cycling Coaching (new!)

You’ll train indoors and off the (road) bike and will be surprised about what you still can improve. It will definitely give you a head start for the cycling season in spring:-)

Working with a personal cycling coach helps you to build power, improve your fitness and ride faster. Our personal coach Rob will design a specific training plan for you that matches your fitness level, is tailored to your cycling goals and fits around your schedule. He will also analyse your workouts to make sure you’re completing your programme effectively, and provide feedback on what to improve and how you’re progressing.

Winter is the perfect season to work on this. That is why we strongly recommend all our (future) members who want to join us during the outdoor season to also train with us in the off-season.

About our trainer

Growing up in Brabant, Rob started training and racing at an early age. Though he finally chose for a professional career in music, he kept cycling and also developed himself as a personal and cycle trainer. Rob knows better than anyone else how to transfer his passion for cycling to other cyclists. Especially by emphasizing the dynamics and surprising variety in aspects of this exciting sports. Rob’s personal approach, solid training structure, regular references to pro cycling and sense of humor characterise his trainings. He knows how to get the best out of everybody!

About our Individual Cycling Coaching

Period: 12 October 2022 – 1 March 2023

It’s a combination of personal physical trainings + training by yourself based on provided schedules developed especially for you. You train off the bike and (mainly) indoors. You get:

  • 1 intake with our cycling coach Rob (1 hour)
  • 4 personal physical trainings (1 hour) with Rob (1 training each month)
  • personalised, comprehensive and easy-to-follow trainings meant to train by yourself during the weeks in between your intake/personal physical trainings with Rob

During the intake Rob tests you on a wattbike, measures your strength and analyses your basic movements.You talk with him about your cycling goals, possible injuries and health issues. Based on all of this, he develops a training programme especially for you:-)
