Become a better climber on the bike by working on your leg power, position and breath.

During this specialty you will:

  • alternate cycling with strength training by floor and body weight exercises.
  • train with different climbing positions on the bike.
    We will treat each position separately, so you can work on your position, balance and pedal technique.
  • Practice your positions in different climbs; endurance, explosive power, steep climbs.
