During these 4 weeks you’ll discover what type of cyclist you are, and how to improve your power.

  • Start your programme with an individual time trial
  • Discover your personal points of improvement
  • Work on individual aspects like your technique, condition, core, strength and souplesse
  • Become more aware of training in your own heart rate zones
  • Learn how to train better and more efficiently
  • Get individual coaching from Rob
  • Finish your programme with an individual time trial and a better result!

Please note: for this training programme you’ll need a heart rate monitor. 

Finish this programme with a Wattbike Test. So you know what to work on in the winter season!
