Sun 15 Sept 2024, such a nice day for our special ride to the coast! As summer gently turns into fall, we had the perfect opportunity to enjoy one of the last beautiful cycling days of the season:-)
We planned a scenic route of 126 km through the dunes and along the coastline. While riding our bikes with a great pack of PEAK-buddies, we embraced the fresh sea breeze and enjoyed the stunning sights and soothing sounds of the beach and waves.
After a short break to rest and refuel with coffee and cake/sandwiches/’poffertjes’ (kids menu!) on the sunny terrace of Brasserie Matt’s in Buitenkaag, we continued our ride back to Amsterdam through the wide open polder landscape. We finished the day with a refreshing drink on the terrace of our clubhouse Elixer. A day to remember!
